The booking steps

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What we need from you

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
