Weekly car rental: Vector W8

About the Vector W8

For a car by the week, the Vector W8 is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. A week with one car, one agreement and one deposit. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies.

What the specs mean

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Best uses

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Living with the W8

As a two-seat sports car, it puts the driving first and the luggage second.

Getting this car from us

Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.

How it works

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Requirements

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
