Details the shop needs
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
How the request works
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
A rental while you wait
A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
A short checklist
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Between shop visits
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
Make a request
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
