Arranging the work for the Enclave
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For a wheel alignment on the 2022 Buick Enclave, we connect you with a trusted shop. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
Your Enclave and the shop
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. It is powered by the 3.6L 6-cylinder, with front-wheel drive.
From request to repair
Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. You approve the shop's quote before any work. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
A car meanwhile
A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Between shop visits
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Your move
Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
