About your Somerset
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
Our part and the shop's part
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. The rental is priced like any other on our site. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Small things that help
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
A short checklist
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Your move
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
