Arranging the work for the CT5
For a wheel alignment on your Cadillac CT5, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
About your CT5
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
From request to repair
We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
A car meanwhile
A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Good habits for your car
Look at the tire tread before long trips. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
Next step
Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
