Wheel alignment: how we help
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work, but for a wheel alignment on the 1986 Chrysler SALON we arrange a trusted shop. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
About your SALON
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
Who does what
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
Keep moving meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. We collect the rental when your car is back. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Before the shop starts
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
Car care, briefly
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
Still deciding?
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
