Arranging the work for the Diplomat
The Dodge Diplomat and a wheel alignment: CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop, and never does the work itself. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
Your car, your notes
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
Our part and the shop's part
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
A car while yours is in the shop
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Car care, briefly
Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
Make a request
Need a rental too? Add it to the same request.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
