Wheel alignment: how we help
CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For a wheel alignment on the 2012 Dodge Journey, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
About your Journey
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. If you have the service history of your Journey, have it ready for the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. It uses the 2.4L 4-cylinder and front-wheel drive.
The steps
You approve the shop's quote before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
Stay on the road
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
Car care, briefly
Check that all lights work every few weeks. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Over to you
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
