Wheel alignment: how we help
For a wheel alignment on the Dodge Ram Van 2500, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
Details the shop needs
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
The steps
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
A car while yours is in the shop
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Good habits for your car
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Ask us
A short request starts it: the car, the problem, and when suits you.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
