Your car, your notes
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. If you have the service history of your 488, have it ready for the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
How the request works
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
Keep moving meanwhile
We collect the rental when your car is back. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Good habits for your car
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
