The 1985 Ford FT800: Wheel alignment
Wheel alignment for your 1985 Ford FT800: arranged with a trusted shop, never done by CarmaCars, with a rental if you need one. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
Before the shop sees your FT800
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the FT800. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
From request to repair
Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
A rental while you wait
We collect the rental when your car is back. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Car care, briefly
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
Questions first?
Need a rental too? Add it to the same request.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
