About your FT8000
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
What we arrange
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
Stay on the road
We collect the rental when your car is back. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Small things that help
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
Talking to the shop
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Talk to a person
Ask in your request, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
