Arranging the work for the L8513
For a wheel alignment on the 1991 Ford L8513, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
Your L8513 and the shop
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. If you have the service history of your L8513, have it ready for the shop. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the L8513.
What to send us
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
Keep moving meanwhile
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
What to ask
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
Between shop visits
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
One more step
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
