The 1989 Ford Laser: Wheel alignment
Searching for wheel alignment for the 1989 Ford Laser? CarmaCars does not do this work itself; we arrange it with a trusted shop. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
Before the shop sees your Laser
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. It uses the 1.6L 4-cylinder and front-wheel drive.
The steps
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
A car meanwhile
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
What to ask
Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Good habits for your car
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Ready when you are
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
