Arranging the work for the LN7000
For a wheel alignment on the Ford LN7000, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
Details the shop needs
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
Our part and the shop's part
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Small things that help
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
