Who does what
Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
A car meanwhile
The rental is priced like any other on our site. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Before the shop starts
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Car care, briefly
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Ask us
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
