About your LT8513
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the LT8513. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
How the arrangement works
You approve the shop's quote before any work. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
Stay on the road
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Small things that help
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Before the shop starts
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Ready to ask?
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
