Your car, your notes
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
Who does what
Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
Driving while yours is at the shop
The rental is priced like any other on our site. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Between shop visits
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
Talking to the shop
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
One more step
Send a request: the car, the problem and when suits you.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
