About your AT
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
How the request works
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
Car care, briefly
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
Let us know
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
