Arranging the work for the AT
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For a wheel alignment on the 1989 GMC AT, we connect you with a trusted shop. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
Your AT and the shop
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
How the arrangement works
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. You approve the shop's quote before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Your rental while you wait
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Car care, briefly
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Getting a clear quote
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Let us know
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
