Wheel alignment for the 1989 GMC FE
Need a wheel alignment for the 1989 GMC FE? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
Details the shop needs
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
How the request works
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Before the shop starts
If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Good habits for your car
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
Make a request
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
