Wheel alignment: how we help
Searching for wheel alignment for the 1985 GMC Forward Control? CarmaCars does not do this work itself; we arrange it with a trusted shop. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
Your car, your notes
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Forward Control. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
The steps
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
What to ask
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Car care, briefly
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
One more step
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
