The 2011 GMC Savana: Wheel alignment
Your 2011 GMC Savana needs a wheel alignment? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
Before the shop sees your Savana
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Savana. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
Our part and the shop's part
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
A rental while you wait
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Small things that help
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
What to ask
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
Over to you
Send a request: the car, the problem and when suits you.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
