The 1988 GMC WB: Wheel alignment
Searching for wheel alignment for the 1988 GMC WB? CarmaCars does not do this work itself; we arrange it with a trusted shop. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
Details the shop needs
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. If you have the service history of your WB, have it ready for the shop.
How we help
We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
We collect the rental when your car is back. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Small things that help
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
Before the shop starts
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
One more step
Ask, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
