Your car, your notes
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
How the request works
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
Small things that help
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Ask us
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
