Arranging the work for the WHEB
For a wheel alignment on the 1985 GMC WHEB, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
Before the shop sees your WHEB
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the WHEB. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
How the arrangement works
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.
A car meanwhile
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Good habits for your car
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Talking to the shop
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
Get an offer
Ask, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
