Arranging the work for the WHEB
The 1993 GMC WHEB and a wheel alignment: CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop, and never does the work itself. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
Your car, your notes
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
How we help
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. The rental is priced like any other on our site. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
What to ask
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Between shop visits
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
Talk to a person
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
