How the request works
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
A rental while you wait
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Between shop visits
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
What to ask
Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Your move
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
