The 1993 GMC WHM: Wheel alignment
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work, but for a wheel alignment on the 1993 GMC WHM we arrange a trusted shop. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
About your WHM
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. If you have the service history of your WHM, have it ready for the shop. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
Who does what
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
Keep moving meanwhile
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Small things that help
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
Your move
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
