Arranging the work for the WIL
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For a wheel alignment on the 1986 GMC WIL, we connect you with a trusted shop. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
Your car, your notes
If you have the service history of your WIL, have it ready for the shop. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the WIL. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
From request to repair
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. The rental is priced like any other on our site. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Getting a clear quote
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Car care, briefly
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
Your move
Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
