Your car, your notes
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
How we help
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Driving while yours is at the shop
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
What to ask
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Car care, briefly
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
Over to you
Ask in your request, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
