CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

The Mercury Zephyr: Wheel alignment
For a wheel alignment on the Mercury Zephyr, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
About your Zephyr
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
How the arrangement works
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
Stay on the road
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Good habits for your car
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
What to ask
Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
Ready when you are
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
