A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

The Merkur Scorpio: Wheel alignment
Wheel alignment for the Merkur Scorpio: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
Your Scorpio and the shop
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
Our part and the shop's part
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. You agree everything with the shop before work begins.
A car meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Good habits for your car
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
Get an offer
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
