Your car, your notes
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. The engine is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive and a 5-speed manual.
Who does what
Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
A car meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Between shop visits
Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
What to ask
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
When you know your dates
Send a request: the car, the problem and when suits you.
