Arranging the work for the Maxima
Need a wheel alignment for your 2007 Nissan Maxima? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it with a trusted shop and keep you driving meanwhile. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
Details the shop needs
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Its 3.5L 6-cylinder drives through an automatic (CVT).
What CarmaCars does here
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
Stay on the road
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Talking to the shop
Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
Good habits for your car
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Talk to a person
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
