Wheel alignment: how we help
For a wheel alignment on your Porsche Targa, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
Your Targa and the shop
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
How the arrangement works
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
Driving while yours is at the shop
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Between shop visits
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Talking to the shop
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
Your move
Send a request: the car, the problem and when suits you.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
