Arranging the work for the LS1
For a wheel alignment on your 2001 Saturn LS1, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
Your car, your notes
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
Our part and the shop's part
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
Driving while yours is at the shop
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Before the shop starts
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Between shop visits
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Talk to a person
Ask in your request, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
