Our part and the shop's part
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
A car while yours is in the shop
The rental is priced like any other on our site. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Getting a clear quote
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
Between shop visits
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
