Arranging the work for the Crosstrek
For a wheel alignment on the 2017 Subaru Crosstrek, a trusted shop does the work and CarmaCars arranges it, with a rental if you need one. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
About your Crosstrek
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. It runs the 2.0L 4-cylinder, with all-wheel drive.
Who does what
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
Driving while yours is at the shop
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Small things that help
Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
Next step
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
