Details the shop needs
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
The steps
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
A car while yours is in the shop
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Between shop visits
Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
Talking to the shop
Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
Your move
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
