CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

Wheel alignment: how we help
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work, but for a wheel alignment on the Volvo WHL we arrange a trusted shop. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
Details the shop needs
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. If you have the service history of your WHL, have it ready for the shop.
From request to repair
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. You approve the shop's quote before any work.
A car meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Talking to the shop
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
Between shop visits
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Want a price?
Start with the car, the job and your location.
Request wheel alignment
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
