Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
The work on your C8000
CarmaCars takes requests for window tint on the 1981 Ford C8000, and rents you a car while yours is in. Window tint must follow the rules for tinted windows where you drive; ask us about them.
Your C8000, up close
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
What happens after you ask
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A car while yours is in
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
What affects the price
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
On the day
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Keeping it that way
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
Timing
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
