Booking the work for the Flex
This page covers window tint for the 2019 Ford Flex, and a rental while the car is with us. Window tint must follow the rules for tinted windows where you drive; ask us about them.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a full-size SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer.
From request to appointment
Ask anything about the work in the request. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Stay on the road
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Timing
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
What goes into a quote
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Aftercare
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
Before you drop the car off
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
