The 1989 GMC DK: Window tint
Here is how we handle window tint for the 1989 GMC DK: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Window tint must follow the rules for tinted windows where you drive; ask us about them.
About your DK
As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
What to send us
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Ask anything about the work in the request. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
A rental meanwhile
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
After the work
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
Before you drop the car off
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Timing
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
Pricing, plainly
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
