Your Polestar 4: the work
Your Polestar 4 needs window tint? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Window tint must follow the rules for tinted windows where you drive; ask us about them.
The car itself
Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. As a full-size SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
What to send us
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Ask anything about the work in the request. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
Stay on the road
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
How long you are without it
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
What affects the price
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
A few things first
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
After the work
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
Your move
