If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
