What your car means for the work
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What to send us
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A rental meanwhile
We collect the rental when your car is ready. A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Before you drop the car off
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
How long it takes
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Small repairs can take hours; paint and collision work can take days.
Aftercare
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Pricing, plainly
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work.
