Your S6 and windshield repair
CarmaCars takes requests for windshield repair on the Audi S6, and rents you a car while yours is in. A small chip in the windshield can often be repaired before it spreads into a crack.
About your S6
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
What to send us
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
A rental while we work
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
On the day
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
What goes into a quote
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
How long you are without it
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
