An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired
Your car is in the shop; you keep driving. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, and bill your insurer when the claim covers it.

The work on your Incomplete
Book windshield repair for the Buick Incomplete, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. A small chip in the windshield can often be repaired before it spreads into a crack.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
From request to appointment
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A car while yours is in
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
After the work
A repaired chip should not spread, but have any new crack looked at early. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
Why prices differ
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work.
Planning around the work
Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
A few things first
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
Send a request
Send a request with a few photos, and we reply with a price.
